Casey + Crystal (March 22, 2008)

I hope you're ready for a realllly long post....here are just a few (haha) of my favorites from Crystal & Casey's wedding on Saturday. My sister came along as my assistant and she took some pictures too...some of these are hers...great job, sis!

Here Comes the Bride....

On Saturday, I had the pleasure of shooting Casey & Crystal's wedding (I posted their engagement pics a few weeks ago). 2 weeks prior to the wedding, I met up with Crystal, her mom and her aunt to do some bridal portraits at Sea Trail Convention Center - where the wedding took place. I had never done bridals before and I had actually asked if I could do these for the experience....I think they turned out pretty good, but I couldn't share them with you until after the wedding in case Casey peeked.

Stay tuned for a sneak peek from the wedding...I should have those up later tonight or first thing tomorrow...Diana (my assistant/2nd shooter) and I managed to take almost 2000 (yes we're crazy) pics at the wedding..so it takes quite a bit of time to weed through them all...but I love it!!

Yes, I do photograph girls too...

It seems like I only ever photograph boys, so I love the opportunity to photograph a girlie girl! Little Ms Loralai took her sweet time arriving into this world.....poor Mommy was in labor forEVER..like a week..seriously. I was so excited to finally meet her...and Mom and Dad are definitely in love! She was so good for the shoot and I'm sure you'll be seeing her lots more as she grows up :)

Another Handsome Fella....

Wow - things have been super crazy lately. I am playing catch up and I think I'm finally starting to win! I had 2 baby shoots on Saturday....here's a sneak peek at the first one. Check back tomorrow for the other :)

This is Baby Asher..he is a little over 3 weeks old. Usually we do newborns between 7 and 10 days..but I was too booked (imagine that) and then when he was 16 days old, I went for our scheduled appointment and waited and waited and couldn't figure out where they were...well come to find out...I was at the wrong darn house...long story, but it was an easy mistake...lol! So we had to reschedule for this past saturday. In any case...he is a total sweetheart and his big brother and sister were a lot of fun too...although Big Sis does NOT like to have her picture taken. As we were leaving.....Mom and I got to talking and come to find out, Caleb (the big brother) and Anthony are on the same t-ball team (tonight was the 1st practice). So we'll be seeing a lot more of this family (and it's my personal goal this season to get a smiling picture of Bryson!!)
