Summer Spectacular and Survey Contest Winner Announced

As promised, I have just sent out an email that includes the specials/giveaways I have put together for the rest of the summer. I hope it will help make up for the time I've been away! I'm super excited to do some fun sessions in the next few weeks! So contact Diana or I today to get on the calendar. Keep in mind I'll be booking for holiday sessions (yes, it's right around the corner) September - mid November, so if you want your pick of dates, go ahead and book that now as well.

Back in May, I sent out a survey asking for feedback on KMP, I really appreciate everybody that took the time to complete it. It has given me some great information and although I knew areas I needed improvement on, you all gave me some great ideas to help me accomplish it as well. If you put your name on your survey, I put them all in bucket and drew a name for a free session. Sorry for the delay in doing the drawing, but TERESA GANCE....c'mon down...you are the winner of a KMP photo session!  Thanks again to all who entered/completed your surveys!

Open For Business...

Dear all,

I am so grateful to be home and back in business!!! I want to first thank all of you who have called, emailed, sent cards etc. It’s been a tough month, but it was awesome to know what incredible support I have. I absolutely hated to have to put my business (and life) on hold for the past few weeks and it honestly makes me feel awful knowing I have inconvenienced some of you. Please know that I’ll be working like crazy the next couple of weeks to answer all my emails, get my edits finished, place and deliver orders, etc. I will be contacting each of you individually to make things right. I will also be offering some big specials during the month of August (including mini sessions and I’ll be giving away 2 free sessions!).

So where was I? Without getting into a lot of detail, I had to be hospitalized for awhile due to my back/leg and pain issues. I’m happy to say that I am recovering beautifully and I am hardly in any pain at all anymore… God is so good!!! I am starting to be more active physically and can even go to the grocery store for an hour without being in agony by the end. After a visit with my doctor, the hospitalization came quickly and, unfortunately, without much prior notice. I only had a matter of hours to make a decision to go for it or not (and I’m so glad I did). So I deeply apologize for the lack of notice to you, my customers and friends. I am still going through some outpatient treatment for the next month, so I will be back to shooting in August and will be in the office part time from now until mid to late August. I will be back to full time in September. I am absolutely beside myself excited to get back to creating memories for you and your family and friends. While I was gone, my awesome sister (and part-time assistant) has gotten some things in order and we are working on getting some systems in place that will result in better (and faster) customer service and final products. You will not be disappointed!
